I am such a sucker for time travel stories. I find it such an exciting, fas I am such a sucker for time travel stories. I find it such an exciting, fascinating, mysterious and intriguing topic. One
that makes your mind work hard pondering the possibilities of all possibilities. Time travelling is delicate and complex matter with endless reasoning so it is hard to get bored with it. Okay back to the book, this story is all about a young teen gal romancing an ancient prominent figure. You can be sure it is bound to bring lots of pain, tears, tragedies and of course those famous Egyptian curses would come into play here. Screwing with time is a sure fire recipe for disaster even without
adding the messy entanglement of romance. So yes, she did all the shit stirring and then have to pay dearly for it. Those who worship 'fluff' please consider to stay away from this book. Considered this a friendly heads up. Overall I would give this book a 3.5 stars due to those OTT and reality-begone-moments deducting some merit from it. Another reason for this rating is because I am rather disappointed at how the author choose to end the story. I felt like she just callously pressed the
'reset' button just for the sake of writing or should I say, rewriting the whole love story again? Urgh, distasteful. * Reviewed on May 23rd, 2018
