Great game and addictive

Very nice storylines and graphics. You would need to be able to read, understand Chinese language to communicate with players and text people in the game. Understand 2000 years Chinese history would be a big plus.

Game strategy:This game needs real cash before you can continue to pay.
Game fun: If you are just solo player, you feel bored and quit game soon. However, if you are more socialize, you are able to find a guild and some buddies in this game to play together.

Game defects: this game developer is sucked on IT support. You will better pray hard not get involved to IT or refills gems issue. The Taiwanese Game Developer is very unprofessional on game developing and unable to diagnose their errors. Their IT supports will give you tons of excuse and falsified data to claim their right. Luckily i am USA Apple stores user, i can file dispute against Apple Store to investigate the game / money reload fraudulent. Otherwise, i cannot get my money refunds per Taiwanese Business Behaviors ! Terrible IT, Apple should withdraw this game out of its store. It’s dangerous for game consumers to meet a game developer whom cannot fix their glitch even compensate consumers loss.

Customer service personal are not well trained at all

I used to work in a customer service field, so I understand if some mistakes are made by the customer services. However, the customer service personals (especially the VIP customer support) are so subpar to a point that I am writing this review. Their company needs to know that their customer services are driving players (who pays for the iap) away. A couple pointer for their company’s customer service trainer or manager:
1) Please ensure your customer service pays attention to the questions that the players are asking. Don’t just respond by “I will help out” and then ends up not actually troubleshooting for the actual problem.
2) Ensure your customer services actually look at the information they asked from the customer. Having players explain to your customer service the information they ask for is already provided is definitely not a good impression.
3) Implement a system to show the records of individual player’s contact records. It’s tiring for players to repeat the problems over and over again when it’s the same issue.
Any good game will fail if you can’t keep your players. If you have created a good game, then make sure you also put your efforts into keeping your players.
